Planning Center Headcounts is an online mobile application that collaborates with Planning Center Check-Ins to facilitate attendance monitoring across various contexts, without necessitating individual tracking. Users can select an existing event and a headcount type to initiate the tracking process. Attendance can be recorded either by inputting the final count manually or by utilizing the live counting feature. Post-tracking, the user is relieved of the burden of recording totals manually as saving automatically updates the headcount sum in Planning Center Check-Ins. Furthermore, multiple individuals can simultaneously monitor headcounts on separate devices. This functionality simplifies the attendance taking process, enhances accessibility, and ensures that data is promptly saved to users' accounts for integration into attendance reports.
